Sup guys

well I have a hole on my plastic window. I'm tired of having tape on it. I can order the window from honda. But I need someone to install it. Has anyone had theres replaced yet?

where did you guys get it done.

I tried honda but they don't know what they are talking about. they are like we have to replace the whole top.
help anyone ?

Surprised no one has replied yet.....

AFAIK, you CAN replace JUST the rear window BUT it takes almost as much work to replace as the whole top. The top and the sides just zipper in and out but the bottom of the window must be riveted to the frame rail / rain channel or some ish.

 

The old rain channel has be be drilled off, no big deal to do. It doesn't have to be riveted back on, the rear top retaining nuts will hold it just fine.

Its about a 2-3 hr job for me.

I read somewhere that a guy named moparacker can do it in 2-3 hours. Not sure what thread it's in though. I'll PM you his screen name if I come across that thread again.

 

Ask SoCaliIsMyLife or VLad. They probaly know a lot better then 90% of these people on the boards.
