So my 2007 already has a hole appearing on the passenger side of the top. I currently live/work in the Tysons area so I've already been to Tysons Honda for an oil change. I wasn't entirely impressed with the service or the facilities.

I'm trying to figure out who would be the best dealership to take care of my roof replacement. Preferably someone who's not going to hassle me about replacing it under warranty as well as someone who's going to do the work correctly. I don't want a mis-shaped roof!

You should ask if the work is subcontracted out to a shop. I brought mine to Herson's Honda (Rockville, MD) last summer and they subbed the work out to a local auto upholstery shop. All they asked was how soon I could drop off the car, so that they could begin the work. Since I DD my car they also provided a rental car for me through Enterprise.

i had an emergency rip patched there and his work was fast and good
i am getting my top replaced there soon too. hopefully in feb.

If I have to do it out of warranty, I'll be sure to check that out. But I plan on taking it to a Honda dealership to let them take care of it since the car's only a year old.

There is a soft top tear thread floating around with a fix for the 07+ models. Apparently the hinge on the top was not properly smoothed out when coming off the assembly line and it leads to this problem. I'll see if I can look it up.
