Default What Happened to Evolution Autosport?

**NOTE** Felt it the post is no longer necessary as I've talked with Steve about the concern via PM. No harm, no foul.**

Take care,
Chris

I'm going to try and get in touch with Steve over there, since I've seen him handling the posts on this board. See what he has to say. Just a poor way to handle business in my view.

Why not say "Sorry we can't get Axis, but we do sell these brands, we've done plenty of Z's etc etc"

Oh well,
Chris

Can't say. Steve(after Jeff's departure) has always been very responsive to my queries. Perhaps you got one of the techs on the phone.

Either way, it doesn't give the best impression. Being a former customer yourself, perhaps you might want to call Steve directly and see what's what.

yeah.. steve is still good to talk to to help you out.... it's just the others there... they don't seem to care much.... and now that steve is the only person there you can really talk to and get customer service.. it's almost a toss up if you'll get in contact with him or not...

before.. jeff and steve... now only steve.. cuts the customer service in half...

and surprisingly enough steve is very responsive though PM's on this site... ... might be a better way to get into contact with him and then possibly set up an appointment to call him or meet him at the store...

Sounds good guys. I'll reach out to Steve. Only shame is, my friend is bitter about it. In his eyes he shouldn't have to reach out to get the customer service ya know.

But I think Steve deserves to know regardless.

I just got my Koni's through Steve at Evolution and I was very impressed. He was an excellent communicator and my Koni's arrived in 4 days. Like the others said call Steve.

Yup, I've sent him a PM explaining the experience. I'll see what he says.
