Awesome. All this seafood talk is getting me hungry.
G&M is only about 5 miles from Inner Harbor which is great. Do you guys have any activity recommendations or places to visit (aquarium for example). The body exhibits might be interesting. Where do the tourists like to go (because that's exactly what I'll be ).
Thanks Mid-A! I'll make sure to take some pics.

Just asked my friend who took me to Inner Harbor a few years ago and she told me about Fell's Point. She said there's some unique shops and boutiques of sorts. Sounds interesting. What do you guys think if you were the visitor?

One of the better seafood sit down places is at the base of federal hill. Rusty Scupper, they have top notch food and atmosphere.
Added: I knew $28/ticket for the aquarium didn't sound right. The $28.95 ticket is for everything. http://www.aqua.org/prices.html

We've always been well served at Rusty Scupper. I'd also rather see a "sight" instead of a chain restaurant(even if it's a nice one).

Thanks skip! All these choices is making it harder to choose. I'll probably just end up parking in a parking lot for the day and walking to any places of interest. Is

Fells is kind of cool for a tourist to walk around. You can also hop on a water taxi which will take you to multiple spots along the water front - I think a day pass is about $7 and you get coupons for random restaurants and attractions near the stops. Red Star on Wolfe Street in Fells has a great brunch w/ bottomless mimosas and bloody marys.
As Brian (O-turn) suggested, Canton is a great place to enjoy some local bars with a 20s and 30s crowd. Cosmopolitans has a menu of like 50 martinis if you are bringing a chick to impress, Helen's Garden has a unique menu with good food (and pretty reasonable), and then walking along the waterfront is pretty nice. My favorite restaurant in Canton is a place called Jack's though. It's on Elliott and Robinson in Canton (3123 Elliott, 21224). Food is awesome, staff is very friendly, reasonably priced and just and all around great meal. I try and eat there at least a couple times a month it's so good. And they change the menu every season to take advantage of what's in season. I'm sure they'll have a good crabcake on the menu for you.

Save yourself a ton of money and headache and stop by my granddaughter's birthday party starting a 2pm. Free food and beer. Any thing for a fellow s2ker. We can take a drive.
