yup that was me!! 07 GPW with 12k.

i got it done through skip (who i really recommend and absolutely give )

even with 12k, i wanted to get valves checked... even if it didn't need adjustment. and it did need adjustment, so im happy i asked skip about it.

give him a call OP!!

I was told around 100-125 I think way back.

Last time I called Checkered Flag Honda, they said $280 w/ parts and labor.

Parts? New retainers or something? I did my lashing a while ago but I think I'm hearing noise again. Makes me think twice on whether or not I torqued them down enough. It's a bitch measuring #4's lashing, even with an angled feeler gauge.
