I've heard an F20C running an open header. I've heard the Veilside. Same thing, only the fumes don't come into the cabin.

Okay, so maybe I embellished that a little bit, but only a little. I don't really think the problem is the volume of the exhaust, but more the pitch/tone of it.

Then again, my wife and I loved the Invidias. Allan, there is no Invidia V4.

The difference is that "V4" was never the name of the exhaust. That name came from/by folks on the streets. As Tom stated, the name "Q300" is the name of Invidia's fourth exhaust for the S2000.
