Its pretty sweet. I like the new blue alot and the new rear window. Got the car for MSRP and sold my 01 for 27300. Rosenthan Honda in Vienna. I was treated very nice by my salsman Mohammad.

Lets see first answer: 6500 Miles on the 01.
About your figures... I'm in VA, so the tax is a lot less.
32840.00 (MSRP)
1050.00 (3.2% Tax)
198.00 (Processing)
38.50 (Tags)
$34127.38
- $27300.00
So I spent 6827.38 on the Upgrade.
What I got in return was:
A glass window (HUGE PLUS for a car I expect to keep as a Sunday driver for a decade or so.)
A smoother transmission.
6500 miles of New Clutch, PP, Flywheel
6500 miles of New Tires
6500 miles of New Breaks
All TSB to date implemented
2 Years worth of free oil changes
No 3rd gear whine
Sweeter interior and exterior color.
Louder stereo
Leather arm rest (drive train cover)
Metal dead pedal
Door tweeters
1 less passenger door chip
1 less front fender dent from deliver
1 less tapped and repainted rear from a stop light incident.
That's it.
Did I mention the cool blue color ?

What taxes would I have lost for the 01?
They should have been the same purchase price, being both at msrp. So I paid 34127.38 for the 02 and the same 34127.38 for the 01 (both including taxes).
Sold the 01 for 27300. Wouldnt the calculation be 34127 - 27300? That would be what I "spent" on the 01.
Maybe its late and my math isnt right, but I see only 6827.38 for the upgrade.
