If you are passing Rt 66 and it rains with your shaved RA1s I would highly recommend pull over. That highway's elevation changes a lot, road is very slick and has long sweeping turns. I did it once on a corded Start Spec and it was the scariest driving moment in my life and I was pulling a tire trailer (fixed) too.

How's the weather at Summit Pt. this time of year? I'm going to drive down with shaved RA-1s. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Their mounting and balancing is expensive, but I'd rather get everything done at once. I can't juggle any more appointments.

Alignment & tire mounting scheduled for Saturday. So glad PTUNING still had an opening.

It's all worth it. I've seen a tire shop that jack the sh@@!! out of wheel while installing tire. At PTuning you wouldn't see single scratch.
