I must not have gotten the memo becauae every-fcukin-where I went today, all day long, people were driving like they were supposed to be driving slow as hell, like they were in a parade or something.

I was on the beltway, JFX, Harrisburg Express way (83 N of the beltway) and 795 and EVERYONE was just creeping along like snails. Normally, people are driving anywhere from 60 to 80 on these roads, but many times I was forced to go well under the speed limit (40-45mph, 35 in a couple cases) all because some jackass couldn't find 5th or 6th gear. This happened all day long, not just during rush hours.

What the hell was going on? Why were people driving so unusually slow Thursday?

You know I noticed the same thing!!!!

I was just driving around for fun and everytime I ended up behind a car, they weren't even going speed limit!!!! I was just like WTFFFF!?!?!?

Yesterday I had that problem... someone going 45 in the left lane of 695 while everyone else was going 70. I hate those ers!

I'm sorry. I apologize for going slow today. I clogged up traffic all day. I drove from 795 to 695 to 95 then 495.. all the while only doing 45 mph. I loved every minute of it.

Fuel gauge was on "E" and payday wasn't unitl Friday (today). You'll see the "counter-effect" later this evening when gas tanks are "F".
