Default Taking Applications for work.

I need to add another team member to my Toyota Internet Sales efforts. Currently there are three people on the team (Black Nugget is one of them) and we're looking for a fourth. I'm looking for someone who is skilled on a computer and excellent with email. If you enjoy talking about cars all day long, then this could be for you.

Responsibilities (in basic terms):

Of course the job description will be a little more detailed, but for the purposes of S2Ki I think that's good enough for now.

The location is Checkered Flag Toyota:

I am going to be looking to add someone to our Honda store down the road.

      BIGFOOT NEEDS A J.O.B.

She is good at computers, phone manners, and is always on time.... she lacks any sales experience at all, but comes from good stock.. She is great at spending my money..that may not be a plus, she drives a Checkered Flag Honder.

And Dave will work for food or free if you hire her.

I am very serious too. About all the above.

I prefer someone with little to no experience in the car business Mark, but I do want someone with a good head for business - I don't want to be the one having to pull the trigger on decisions all the time. Of course, someone can pick up on these kind of things through example over time.

I did hire Chad, and he has been an awesome employee but I do fear having to make a nasty decision or move one day - not that I see it coming, but let's face the fact that the possibility is always there. I'm also someone who can seperate business from friendship (and do it at the flip of a switch), so I would like whomever works here to understand that it isn't always fun and games. If things don't work out I want to be able to part as friends.

With all that on the table, I'd more than happy to talk to Monica - she certainly wouldn't have to live out of your pocket anymore

Just to let anyone know, I have an interview lined up for tomorrow but my expectations are not high of this candidate. A few people at Autotrader.com have voiced an interest, and I may have a familiar player at the table around noon tomorrow

When word goes out, it goes fast in this business - hopefully I'm not the guy losing my employees one day
