Im over at VACAPES at oceana and I called my CDO that night and the next day he set me up with a name and number... luckily the guy answered. Things are getting underway. The car went to the Honda Dealership today and they tore it down and appraised the damage. Allstate finally took liability and are prepared to settle. they also finally put me up in a rental car TOYOTA ECHO ftw!!! lol

I'm sure you know this, but they'll want to settle very quickly. I'm sure you've been advised not to agree to anything just yet.

at the rental car. I had to argue with one insurance company once. It seems they put you into a vehicle similar in size to the one being repaired, not necessarily similar in value.

yea ive been advised of that. My lawyer is doing all the talking, he just calls me when anything changes to let me know.

updated pics... Pulled of the bumper and i guess its not totally un-fixable. I dont think they are going to total it out either.















And this was some other car that was at the same lot as mine. The car was really nice but very unlucky.
