Suzuka Blue Ran My GF off the Road This AM
I received an upsetting phone call this AM (11/8/04) that my girlfriend got ran off I-370 in Gaithersburg by a blue S2000. Fortunately, she maneuvered well enough to stay on most of the shoulder and not hurt herself and/or wreck her car.
There are enough crazy drivers out there without more from this club (I really hope that this individual is not a part of s2ki). Whoever you are, please start driving with some sense and consideration for others on the road (especially during rush hour when innocent people are just trying to get to work).

I guess my first thought is that I'm glad your girlfriend is safe.
However, before accusing the community here of the transgression, I want to say that I hope it wouldn't be someone from S2KI. There are lots of other S2000's out there...

i thought it would be neat to have a chain of "I agree" smileys
in all seriousness, sorry to hear about what happened. i see lots of s2000s around and post my sightings on Mid-A, but have yet to have anybody "claim" my sightings. this would seem to suggest that there are lots of owners out there who are not part of this community.

I never check it anymore... the area is too large now. It should be divided into smaller sections, i.e. VA Beach/Richmond, NOVA/DC, Maryland, and Other.
