ryan, i really wished i had heard ur exhaust that day wingman came to clear our headlights. that would've given me a really good idea of whether i'd like it or not b4 i drop so much $ on it

i think i may just go w/ your suggestion tho, go oem cat and SS. btw, are ur tips slanted outwards?
If you're in the area (I'm still in Herndon) and want to hear my car with the OEM cat, feel free to come over. My tips aren't the slanted ones, they're the original tips that are a little smaller.

You can see in my pics, yours looks like a better fit for the AP2 bumper:

hmm, the pix isn't exactly what mine looks like. the pix u see above is ap2 SS that fits flush. i believe i have the ap1 slanted ones... so the fitment isn't exactly as good as wat u see in the pix.

ryan, do you have any drone w/ your non-resonated SS? i'm shocked that mine drone w/ TP is worse than my HKS + cat
There's a bit of drone, but I almost always drive top down, so I don't really notice it. The rare occasions that I do drive top up at highway speeds, I do notice a bit of drone -- but it isn't that bad.

I do have fitment problems too with the AP1 exhaust on my AP2. The hangers aren't quite right for the SS exhaust, although I could probably remedy this easily by buying a different exhaust hanger.

allan, i looked around a bit and ppl want like $200 for it
not sure if i wanna spend even more $ after all i've put into hks, ss, tp with no guarentee that i'll even like the sound.
also i just got a CEL light from the TP even tho its supposed to have a CEL fix.
i think i'm gonna go back to oem cat and hopefully the exhaust will be quieter and no CEL in the future. it's not like i need the higher flow for hp or anything cuz we just dont get much hp out of the car anyways
