Default Summit Point 8/22

Went to Summit Point with a buddy doing Hyperdrive today. I didn't drive because my car doesn't have a rollbar. Met Lou, Skip, Mani, George, and Rob there. Even though I wasn't on the track, it was a fun day for me. Now I just have to get that rollbar done!

Anyone know who this is?

Sorry the pics suck. I have to figure out ways to take action shots. Link to gallery:

Hey Rob,

Didn't recall/see which S you were in. Now I know. Sorry I didn't get a chance to say "bye." Rain was coming down and we were hungry. LOL! Hopefully to see you guys on track soon.

George,

It was good meeting you. Get to work on that "stock roll hoop" factory recall and I'll see you on the track

Here's the first ten minutes of the first TT session yesterday:

We have the same name, Rob. George is my buddy in the WRX.

I'll get on the rollbars ASAP. BTW, what kind of interior mirror do you have? I can think about a million uses in DC traffic.

Sorry Rob,

The mirror is a standard clip-on tow mirror. I got it at a local car parts store but they are sold online too. It was $20. I had to put a couple of stick-on rubber "buttons" on the bottom of the mirror to hold it out so I could get the right angle.

All us Asians look alike

It was a fun day and nice meeting all of you. Jim from Fairfax (whose daughter was in the A6 in HPDE 1) was my instructor. Great teacher. Hope to do it again soon.
