Added Naval Station Norfolk Fleet Fest (October 8th) to OP. The fest is open to the public but car show entries are limited.

Sounds good! If we get enough s2k folks we could have a mini breakfast meet beforehand.

I'm not sure how late into the day the event runs but I'll probably have to dip out around 2:30-3ish
