I believe, that is only applicable if the known person that hit me didnt have insurance. Then again, thats just my understanding. I may be wrong.....

Same here 3.5 weeks after I got mine.. in tghe shop for new pass front fender due to some ahole ran something over ...it was then launched and landed on my car heading north bound on 95.


I chased his ass down got his info and got it fixed!

Somehow I noticed that first couple of month of owning the car are the most critical in terms of getting the car messed up...either by you or someone else.....
Did anyone else noticed that trend?
I had my S for about 11 hours before a car on the highway kicked up a metal panel that slammed into the paint on the passenger side of my car. Left a huge white gouge in the paint.

Hi there, where is your shop located?

My S is fine but after taking my GS430 out of winter hibernation, I realized the last time I drove it to Park (a club in DC), the valet scraped the hell out of my rims and backed into something which caused the rear bumper's paint to be damaged. I'm not sure I should go through insurance or just get bumper painted and take wheels to Ole Wheel shop or something. let me know. thanks.

Correct but also covers hit and run situations.
