i want to buy a house roll the s2000 into the financing and buy a porsche well in my case an elise when im 30.... good advice guys but all the places here are 350,000 and up

Just suck it up and do it. At the current rates $350K is around $2500 a month with taxes and insurance.

You'd probably be looking at $3,000 with utilities. If that is just too much, then find a real estate agent - he/she will show you what is in your price range. Just because the only houses you see are in the $350K range doesn't mean that everyone in your area is making over $5,000 a month (debt to income on a mortgage is 50%) to afford them
