Congratulations!!! And Congratuations on the house as well 
It is a rare thing to hear someone has paid a car off these days. There are certain cars, however, that get paid off more often than sold or traded - the S2000 is certainly one that sees its title more than others.
Hopefully I will see my title one day, but I guess I need to make the first payment first
- due in another three weeks.
BTW did you buy your car from Matt Lamb?

To answer Pointdexter's question, no we didn't buy from Matt. However, we did give him first shot (He was at Hall Honda at the time). Unfortunately, all they had was a silver/red and I wanted black/black. We ended up buying it in D.C.
This is our second Honda that we have paid off (sold the 90 accord EX a few years ago) they are such great cars and retain their value as well. Not too many makers that can boast that!
Now, if only my house was paid off
