Safety Inspection in NOVA: ANyone have problems?
Does anyone know a place in NOVA that is cool about safety inspections, because I don't wanna change all my bulbs then change them back again. Thanks!

If anyone *does* know a "safe place" for YeLLoWs2knVA...I would STRONGLY recommend that you PM such information to YeLLoWs2knVA.
Do NOT post it directly here (just in case eyes be a-watchin) or the "safe place" won't exist for very long
