I've changed the meet's initial location for eats...

We'll be meeting at The Bungalow Grill off the Manakin exit at I-64. This restaurant is very close to the previous suggestion...but I was uncomfortable with the previous restaurant (although a fine dining offering) for two reasons: 1) It has a small dusty, gravel parking lot that I'm not happy with, and 2) Its SMALL! The Bungalow Grill is also on the small side, but I've spoken with the manager and we will be accommodated for our Saturday, March 29th meet. Also nice is that because part of a widened Rt 250 is blocked off and not being used yet right in front of his restaurant, we'll be able to park as a group away from anything else . And this location leaves us ready to head out for some fun drivin' straight-away!!!

Anyone interested in meeting up in Richmond for a lil' grub and drivin'???

Day to meet: Saturday, March 29th

Time to meet: noon to meet...1pm to eat...2pm to drive

dave, i would like to join, have to check my schedule, a word about the grill, i went to it for dinner, and the place is a bit pricy, not like McAllisters... so you might want to keep that in mind.

If you want a place that is good, how about Red Oak Cafe. IT is near where you live, just before you turn for the Bogey's Sports complex. They have a big driveway, and the food is great. haven't been for lunch, but dinner was good.
i believe the price range is the same as Short Pump Grill....

If I'm not in Ohio for my dad, then count me in. Maybe even the Mrs. This Saturday is NOT the scheduled Meet-n-Eat, but it is supposed to be nice.

count me in. maybe i will bring a passenger....on a scale of 1 to 10 [1 being and 10 needing a few dramamine], how would you rate the proposed drive? i need an idea so i can pick an appropriate passenger....some of my friends are not particularly fond of lateral g's.
