Ed rode with me one of the sessions, I think. I did it in my 330 all the time.

It's too late for me to get some track pads. Maybe I'll just shortshift at 6k or something to keep the speed down.
1:40 on Street pads?, good luck

Are the victoracers street tires? Also, how hot was it that day?
Victoracers are r-comps (stickier than RA-1s but harder than R6). Temps were in the 80s.

That was the agreement. His stock car with a supercharger for 1:40 flat. It's doable but he had to lift way before the braking zone.
Currently brokering deal for him to have front track pads.

Hmm...I'll take it real easy if I can't get any used pads from Skip.

Maybe I'll run practice 2 laps hot, 1 cold, etc.

Either way, I'll be careful with the braking.

If it gets stupid, take the sc'er belt off. It's a Comptech, right? Not so easy with a Vortech.

Yeah, comptech. I have that modifry shift beeper thing, so I can just set my shift point a little lower, if things start to get out of hand.
