Good point. I've never run on track with OEM pads, so I have no idea how they would hold up.
Autozone OEM replacement rears after 40 minutes at Shenandoah on crappy street tires...

Damn, flat out from the exit of corkscrew? You're fast!
Did you come out of the Little Bend slow? If not, flat out through Big Ben is ballsy I was still half throttle from the turn in to apex at Big Bend. Going to try a wider, later apex line this weekend to see if I can approach WOT through there.

What do we do about numbers? Do they assign them? Do I need tape?

I think they'll give you nubers plus a big RL Time Attack sticker. I still have the sticker from last year on my garbage can.

You only have to run the sticker on sunday, however, if you want your car to possibly be photographed(and used), I'd put it on immediately.

I'm planning to ask for extras for my helmet, my suit, one for the bumper, etc.

Ed rode with me one of the sessions, I think. I did it in my 330 all the time.

It's too late for me to get some track pads. Maybe I'll just shortshift at 6k or something to keep the speed down.

I had complete brake pad fade after 3.5 laps on Shenandoah on a completely stock AP2 (Victoracer tires) and I was taking it easy.

SC S2000 on Shenandoah with stock brakes is NOT going to work (unless you are really slow). Short of funds$$$? Brakes are the LAST place you try and save money.
Are the victoracers street tires? Also, how hot was it that day?
