If you cannot afford an attorney but would like legal representation, Virginia traffic court will provide one for you. If you are simply seeking legal advice, these services are also offered by the Virginia Judicial System for a fee, and Court Employees are available to assist you with all forms.

By representing yourself, you won't be able to get away with anything less than reckless because the system requires you to pay into the system... either by hiring a lawyer or with fines/jail time.

You need a lawyer.

I got a reckless back in high school in VA and was sentenced to a $500 fine and 5 days in jail. That was with me representing myself. I appealed and came back with a lawyer and got everything reduced to 0 points, 36 hours of community service and a $200 fine. Goes to show you how the system works.
....on a serious note,

So even though I get a lawyer , i can get into jail with 55 miles speeding on 35 miles zone ? I have a clean record, no violation, no tickets before..

If i get into jail because of traffic violance, will it effect rest of my life , like getting credit from bank, applying jobs and etc ?

lawyer is best bet and with you clean record .. it should give the lawyer some fire power to help you out.

Sucks to be you but everyone has been there at somepoint start making some extra cash its gonna help you out in the long run* for the most part.
