The DC realestate market is not a BUBBLE guys! It will continue to go up because people here are making big bucks and the demand for home is VERY high! If you're waiting to buy because you think the prices will drop like a brick; well good luck. It will not likely happen here unless 3 million people decide to move out of this area all at once. Prices will stabilize eventually but don't expect bargains.
I HIGHLY recommend buying now! It is the best investment you can make!
