Ya JCH = Eddie. You may want to PM Rocketman. He actually bought the car new WITH the S/C on it (under warranty!!) from Herson's!! That's pretty incredible. Don't know what his experience was, but he may be able to give you additional insight.

I concur with JJSully: Brown's Arlington Honda is great. I bailed on Landmark Honda after they refused to install my Mugen Thermostat and Fan Switch, claiming that the parts will, "alter the emissions characteristics of the exhaust and, thus, it would be illegal for them to install them." I never did quite get the logic, and a telephone call from King Motorsports failed to change their opinion. Since then, I've been going to Brown's. They've been easy to work with and reasonable. Not cheap -- $225 to swap out my brake fluid (to DOT4) and coolant (in order to install the Mugen cooling parts) -- but I trust their service technicians and they've a couple of truly excellent mechanics.

Anybody taken their S to the new Criswell Honda in Germantown?
If not, I may be the guinea pig. I only need the 22500 service and the one-touch down window TSB and I'm afraid the logistics of getting my car to Eddie are just too burdensome for an oil change. I want to save Eddie for the real work
It looks promising so far - cost for the 22500 service is only $79.95, maybe less since they can't rotate the tires (when I called and asked price and what they did for 22500 service, the guy said "change oil, rotate tires"; when I said they better not rotate my tires they guy recovered pretty quickly, though). The guy also said the SC would have no impact on the price.
