Default Praise for the Service Dept at Jim Coleman Honda

Just picked up my MY00 after an short block replacement due to an unrepairable oil leak above the oil pan. Work was done at Jim Coleman Honda in Clarksville, MD. The service advisor Steve Oley and the service tech Scott did a great job handling my problem from diagnosis to resolution. Luckily, I have extended warranty thru HondaCare.

Steve handled all the claims processing details which I'm sure was no small task given how difficult I have heard it is to work with HondaCare. However, I did not need to get involved at all.

Scott did a great job getting the old block out and the new block in without damage to the car's sheetmetal. And the car is running very smooth.

What could have been a major headache for me was prevented because of Steve and Scott's excellent work.

The folks at JCH continue to provide top-notch professional service. Highly recommended.

Just a quick note - I had an out of factory warranty TSB for the clutch and for the gear grind done. They were AWESOME to work with, but I still don't have 500 miles on the clutch so I haven't been able to see if the grind is gone - but there is no more buzzing for sure!!!

Also PROPS to Andy P for steering me in the right direction to their service dept, AND for giving me a great deal on my Element!
Steve
