So lately I've been getting a great upper body workout since my cars EPS went out. After taking the car to my mechanic, it appears that I have a bad EPS control unit. The car came back with a code 32, and this did not go away after a EPS control unit reset and fuse check. The factory service manual states that the next step is to replace the EPS control unit. The price for a new one is $1094. My car is an 03 with 105k miles, so that's nearly a 10th of the car's total value. I've heard of people getting these off of ebay for $69.00. Does anyone have one for sale locally that's in good shape?
