Panini Run - S2K Drive
THE PANINI RUN S2k DRIVE DAY
Saturday, April 26th
The Pannini Run is an all day, long distance drive through the back roads and country vistas of the western areas of our region. This drive will be a tour of some of the most beautiful country our area has to offer. It promises to be a great day of good friends and awesome times.
The run will start at a TBD location to the west of Chantilly, Virginia and take us out through the Western Counties and into West Virginia. The drive will end along the 1-81 corridor near Routes 7 & 50 in Virginia. Directions and routes will be provided to all participants before we head out. Information on how to get you back to civilization will be included. A food & fuel stop will also be in there somewhere as we expect to be gone the better part of the day.

WHAT: The Pannini Run S2000 Drive Day
WHEN: Saturday, April 26th - * ALL DAY * - Hard start at 10:00 START LOCATION TO FOLLOW SOON
"Don't be fashionably late or you will be fashionably alone."
WHERE: Western Loudoun County, Virginia, Clarke County, Virginia, Jefferson County, West Virginia, and surrounding areas DETAILS TO FOLLOW SOON
WHO:
Now for the loooooooooong list of disclaimers....
Weather permitting, of course.
Cars must have full tanks before departure. This will be a 200+ mile run!
This is considered an easy going drive. Ricers and want to be racers need not apply.
Will be cruising at +/- the speed limit while we are in VA. Things may open up a bit more when we get out a bit further and into WV where there is less chance of tickets.
Proper car spacing will be crucial. NO TAILGATING!!! I promise not to leave ANYONE behind. I'd like not to have any fender benders in the middle of Nowhere.
Anyone who cannot appreciate this kind of fun is asked to stay at home. All are welcome to join us but we ask that any egos and attitudes be left locked in the secret compartment.
MOST IMPORTANTLY... GET YOURSELF AN FRS RADIO!!! We typically use sub channels so make sure the radio you bring is capable of this. A radio check will be conducted before departure. I obviously can't make this mandatory but I BEG you PLEASE GET A RADIO!!! They are pretty cheap these days.
