dood... you know.. i have turtle wax rubbing compound that is safe to use...........well.. for ME to use..ionno about you doing it.. but i have some and we'll just wash it again and polish it..

That's why it scratched. Those things feel like cardboard. Use a Porter cable to buff it out.

Yup. I wet a paper towel, soaking wet...then lay it on the bird poop for 5 min till it softens it. Then rinse with water, no rubbing! Once all the large pieces are gone you can lightly wipe with another wet rag and then dry. I usually use some spray detailer (quick wax) to hit the area again just to be sure that it doesn't discolor.

Unfortunately no. I really need to one up my detailing skills. Wetsanding, chip-repair, clearbra and tinting are all things I'll add to my services...eventually.

You can try that Langka stuff though, I heard it works pretty well.
