Default NOVA body shops

My parents had my car over spring break and got rear-ended while in a store. the back bumper is split above the license plate cutout, and has spiderwebbed paint. basically the bumper will need to be replaced.

allstate called me today and gave me a choice of shops, which i present to you guys. please let me know if these are good or bad!

american SBC center on Glebe Rd in Arlington
NT autobody
Craftsmens (Falls Church)
Spectrum Auto Painting and Collision

The other route I was thinking was to get a check from Allstate (undoubtedly for less than what they should be giving me) and take the car to a place like Wagonwerks or Precision Collision (Lorton).

Thoughts?

One additional thing:
The car was parked in reverse when hit, and the car was shoved forward a foot or two. Its driving fine since the accident, but should I be concerned about damage to the trans? Fortunately, thats also in the claim, so its possible to get it looked at.

Thanks all

if it was extensive damage i could of helped out but if just a rear bumper i think any body shop can do a fairly decent job on that its not hard

well, i ended up taking the car to spectrum to have the rear bumper done. the ended up replacing it, but the paint match is shotty, there is one spot where there is rough/incomplete coverage.

to top it off, i pull into their lot today, only to be greeted by this:

freaking great. well, they're covering it. but im not very pleased about their story about how someone "backed into it" and split my lip.. right. im sure someone was low enough to do that. what you really meant to tell me was that you let one of your mechanics drive it (against my explicit wishes) and they pulled into your lot too fast.

well, guys - i dont really know what to say. just sucks
