Ever thought of doing some ap2v2's? I've got a set perfect for powdercoating.

what's the right price? Both rears have very light curbing. Pretty sure it could be fixed with that wheel putty stuff and then one of the fronts is about 3/4 flat silver and 1/4 I've tried to hand polish. pretty sure they'd just get blasted and powdercoated so I'm not sure any of that would matter.

If you're interested PM me.

Well, I need to get them cheap enough, so I can buy the powder, pay the powder coater, buy tires, sell them to still make a small profit.

PM me what you were thinking and I'll let you know if it's doable.

Why? Are you running a business? Youre not just buying wheels and powder coating them to use yourself?

Cory is probably SoVA's best S2000 mechanic and has treated a lot of us very well down here. Having been in the business for 15+ years he has all sorts of hookups throughout the local industry on parts and labor. One of those local hookups is his powdercoating guy. He's acquired I don't know how many sets of AP2 wheels and others, had them powdercoated whatever wild color he dreams up, keeps some and sells most. Of course all of that is time consuming, so he does make a small profit on the resale, and so far I don't think there has been a single buyer that has been disappointed. If Steve (or anyone else for that matter) has an idea of some wheels they want done, Cory can use his hookups to treat you well and get you a price better than what you'd get on your own. If he make a little bit for his trouble, good for him.

That's just my .02 on it.

Thanks Kevin!

I usually powder coat the wheels to use myself, but I really don't like the AP2V2's at all. If I were to get them, I would powder them up, bolt them on the car, and immediately put them up for sale.

With these, I didn't even put them up for sale, as I planned on keeping them, and selling the Weds until I got enough money to order my other wheels. It just happened someone wanted these really badly.

I second what vbb stated.

I seldom post, but felt a calling on this one.

I was in at a rock and a hard place when I first got my S2K and was kind of S.O.L....long story short.

Cory helped me out significantly and didn't know me from Adam, but he knew I had an S2K and helped a brother out...and I was probably a little bit of a pain in the a** too ha, ha.

Let him work his magic..never know when you might need it!

Thanks Cory!
