Chris, when the pics load on the site they're much larger... the only way we wouldn't have to scroll is if the site would resize or our screens were 30 in

 

RM 4 2: I know the tires are bothering me, they are all dirty from being 'new'. I have to clean them this weekend. Trust me, it WILL NOT look like that next pics Im getting used to the rake, in person I like it a lot. but I might raise the front, we'll see.

sweetj: this is strange, when I load at my work computer, small 12" screen, I have to scroll, but not a lot. The pics are 8" wide. I'll have to reset when I get home. Sorry about that.

Monitor size doesn't matter slick.

 

^^ Im beginning to realize that....which is totally odd. Because as I've said, I have the image, opened in Netscape, on my home computer DELL with 15.4" monitor, fully maximized and no scrolling.

I come into work, Internet Explorer, fully maximized, smaller 12" monitor, have to scroll.

So my bad for basing it off my home computer, but I swear, I did not have to scroll. I also totally forgot to take into consideration that my home computer is set to maximum resolution. that could be a big factor as well. Again...my bad.

I'll try and resize tonight.

those are hoT!

 

it's based on resolution (or pixels per inch), not screen size. my laptop has a 15" screen that has more pixels than my 17" LCD at home, so it can show "more" on the smaller screen - just smaller.

 

looks nice... good choice. Think about resizing your pics next time you post. 4x6 looks good and loads fast.

 

^^Ok...I tried to cut the images down a bit. please let me know if they work better.

4theheckofit: sorry dude, i wasn't trying to be rude when I said get a new monitor..was just a joke.

My issue is my damn laptop wont let me change my resolution from 1670x1050 to anything lower! I try and it keeps giving me a warning and putting it back. So my screen resolution is very high and I cannot gauge how the images will look on lower resolutions like 1280x1024 or even 800x600.

The new images are 6inches wide at 180dpi. On my screen putting them to 72dpi looked like ass.

If someone can give me an example of what they should be sized at, I'll keep that in mind for next time. My files direct from the camera seem to be 180dpi at 14.5 inches wide.

I have to get a better imaging program, this HP crap isn't cutting it.
