Personally I'm amazed at how much the turn signal is pushing everyone's buttons here. Jeez...yeah, I guess I'm concientious myself (hell, I even catch myself turning on my blinker as I *LEAVE* my driveway ...seriously! ...I *do!*). Anyway, its funny that this one happens to be my own pet peeve about VA drivers (perhaps drivers in general). It just chaps my ass to see someone in a $60K car...thats too fuggin' important to twist their left wrist 4" and flip a little stick on their steering column and give me the foresight to know WTF they want to do with 2 tons of vehicle in front of me. Call me crazy ( "CRAZY!") ...but personally I'd love to see more folks use their turn signals around here.
Oh...btw, presently at least in the fine county of Hanover I can attest to court fees being $56 . Anyone want to recommend me to a good Richmond-area Traffic School please?

I wonder if this is all just political fallout from that dragva bust in Norfolk. It's not like VA isn't getting enough money from skyrocketing property taxes.
I guess somebody's got to pay for the governor's lap dances.

$1,000 for failures to signal? Awesome! Maybe this will cause these moron drivers to realize that yes, that little lever is a TURN SIGNAL!
On a more important note it's going to cost you $2,000 or more if you get caught speeding more than 20 over or traveling over 80mph in ANY speed zone!
Just another reason that I'll be moving to North Carolina in the next year.
