I will riding the M3 possibly. I thought about it and I know some of the road courses they don't allow convertibles. That is something to look into, but for now I need my helmet, so at least I could ride the M3 or 330ci.

Summit Point accepts the factory roll bar equiped cars, I think VIR does not. Raja, check out www.helmetshop.com, their service is great and the price is fair. Not sure if they provide customizing services, you can also check out www.ogracing.com, they are in Manassas, VA.
Seems like I won't be able to run my car on that day.

As stated in the threads advertising the event, the stock roll bars ARE adequate for the event.

Actually, have you seen one upside-down? You'd be very surprised where most people's heads end up (hint--above the ground).
Given the size of the Jefferson Circuit, the layout, and the speed, the chances of flipping an S2000 are not nil but they are minimized compared to other courses on the eastern seaboard.

Just make sure you get a SA rated helmet. M rated helmets are not allowed.
Also, a helmet's rating is good for 10 years. So if you get a SA95 helmet it's only
legal for another 3 years. So make sure you get a a SA 2000 rated helmet
