Need help installing AEM CAI
I am in desperate need of installing my AEM CAI (Wednesday evening). I went for the install tonight after work and got the airbox and all the hoses out but when I tried to take the clips and undertray off one clip was stuck. The damn clip forced me to put the factory airbox back in and everything back together (half-ass). (The S is my only car and if I didn't put it back together I wouldn't have been able to make it to work tomorrow.)
I would really like to finish (restart) the install but I am going to need some help getting that clip out and maybe a little help for installing the new AEM. Any takers?

I would help, but I don't think our schedules will mesh. I work nights during the week(bowling center manager). Sorry. We have an auto hobby shop here on base(Quantico) that has everything a person could ever need including free help from the staff!
I installed my own in my garage. AEM's directions are rather vague for a first-timer like I was. Vacuum lines are important as routing them incorrectly can cause CEL's.

Josh and Jenny,
Do a search for AEM, or cold air intake (CAI), (install)...There's a ton of stuff out there. BTW, you don't need the pressure. Pick a nice sunny day and take your time. If there's a Honda tuner in your area, a pro install (including cutting the little vent in the OEM plastic) shouldn't run more than $60 to $90. Good luck.

Thanks a lot for the offers guys. I figure that I can do the install but I don't have floorjacks or ramps which makes climbing under the car to remove the tray tuff to say the least. If I could get that rotten clip out I would be all set. However, I think I will head up to Evolution after work tonight and have them install it.
Thanks again, Joshua
