Default My S was hit while parked

So my car was hit last night while parked in my office parking lot. At night, a valet/shuttle bus company uses our office lot. A large 10-passenger van backed into my right rear bumper (see pics below).

They are admitting they

Thats one hell of a "dimple"

Sorry to hear about that man... but i dunno if you can just pull that out. I dunno how the bumper would look or even if it would be able to hold a proper paint job after being pulled back without cracking the paint.

Hell You need to check if anything underneath was damaged. I have a feeling that there might be more damage than you see in these pics. Getting a new bumper might be the best way to go, not getting this one pulled out...

that's not good.

I would get 2 estimates...One from where they want you to go(Oscar's) and another from where you want to go. See if there are glaring differences. A good experienced body shop would know where to look for hidden damages and such. Based on what you get from both estimates, plan your next move.

Good luck!

I'd be as neurotic as you if someone did that to my car. Definitely take it to a Honda dealer and see what they say.

You are lucky! From the looks of it, the rear quarter panel wasn't damaged... at least not to the extent that they'd have to replace it. They are welded in.

GL with the repairs.
