Saturday from 8-6. basically you drive around the track to see if you are good enough and they rank you. So if you ever wanted to drive on the race track, this would be cool. The last place they went to had over 500 people show up, so i don't know how long of a wait it would be. but would be cool if a bunch of us went.

yeah... i went... it was pretty quiet. not that many people at 10.

they made you drive a stock dodge neon on this semi-autocross track. a oval with a S in the middle.

My time wasn't that great cause the instructor didn't give me my packet back to me, but this girl that i went with, michelle, was given the go ahead for part two, which was the interview.

They said they will contact her in 4-5 days.

she is pretty good with a manual, and a pretty agressive driver, so she did pretty well. but i was mad, cause i didn't make it.!!!

How long was the wait? Did you do any of the other stuff - rock climbing, etc? Really wanted to go, but we just reopened my bowling center. I was going to see if I could still do it despite my advanced age!

i did some of the "other" stuff. Didn't do the rock climbing. wasn't feeling all that well after getting beat by my "date". she would have beaten me on that too i bet. did some kids course... thats about it.. ate some free ice cream.

the wait to actually drive was maybe 10 minutes? spent most of the time filling out paperwork. in all, it took us 1 hour to arrive and leave.
