Holy cow these things are loud. and now thanks to my Hasport mounts. everything vibrates like crazy

Update:
The engines is running too cold. it doesn't go above 150 water temp while driving. stays at 175 at idle. even tried disconnecting the fan switch and the fans still kick on automatically at 187. i cant get it hot enough to get all the air out
im thinking it may have an aftermarket thermostat.
any thoughts?

okay, so the motor came without a thermostat in it.
i put an OEM one in there today, and now the car is overheating. i have a feeling there is a TON of air in the system. The kinsler's do not have a bleeder valve anywhere. so i tried going through a few cycles and cracking open the little nipple on the top heater hose area.
With the Radiator cap open. a ton of coolant comes out and overflows the funnel, and still overheats.
With the Radiator cap closed it doesn't flow out into the over flow and still overheats.

If the car does not overheat without the thermostat and coolant looks good you should have nothing to worry about. It's just that you need to get all the air out of the system and make sure thermostat works. There are many tricks on how to get air out from the cooling system, look them up. Rev the engine with radiator cap open, squeeze radiator hoses, bleed the line going to the heater core.....
