What about this Sunday? Sunny in the 60's

I was thinking about heading into the GW national forest and tearing up some mountain roads.

If anyone is interested I have no problem leading a drive.

We can meet up at the Sheetz at 15 and 55 (take 66 to Gainesville) then 15 south for 1/4 mile Sheetz on the left.

Meet at 9:30 leave no later than 10:00

Figure on 250+ miles of twisty backroads. Across the Thorton Gap (Rt 211) and past Luray into the GW forest.

I can't believe this. I don't have a Sunday available until ing July!

Saturdays are a different story. May 17th looks pretty good right now. We'll be getting the baseball schedule on Sunday. Then I'll know for sure. That's the Saturday before Memorial Day weekend.

Tenative Plan:

Eat 1130
Drive 1230
Bowl 1500
Add'l Drive 1630 (if there's interest/time)

As soon as I can firm up a date, hopefully, Sunday night, I will start another thread. How does the above sound?
