Quantico area doesn't sound bad. Probably more back roads that way and down towards stafford. Less authorities.

Hey I would mind taking a drive out and maybe even a golf outing. Maybe several groups of four or something.

I really miss the feeling of 15-20 S2000's in one loooong line.

Well Skip...what can ya put together? It's gotta be a Sunday for me.

And Dave - I'd be happy to wait for you to put another meet together. Or maybe the C'ville guys can organize a similar drive to last year's.

Let's get out and do something local for the Mid-A's(plenty of new members to meet)...cuz of course there's not enough planned in the s2ki community already.

If you can wait until May 18, there is a "MD/PA Border Drive" event, beginning in Williamsport (near Hagerstown). Here is the thread: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?...threadid=104006

I think a gathering in the central area would work best for both sides of the Mid-atlantic group. Fredricksburg/Skip area sounds great. And we can go bowling, or go laser tagging... as you can see, i still think i am relatively not old......

NOVA area is my area so I'm biased toward it. I don't know if there are areas where it would be cool to run in. I'm up for it though.

right now, my schedule for may is pretty questionable, but I definitely want to plan something for the charlottesville area. i saw that w1ngman mentioned a run through orange, va with some vineyard stops.....which sounds appealing as well, and could certainly be done in charlottesville too since we have quite a few vineyards. i have some new road course ideas too. unfortunately, i think i am the only c'ville guy who frequents this forum anymore (i know there are more of you out there, but you need to SPEAK UP!), so i might have to do alot of planning on my own for this.

i will try to set a date soon (probably in may or june) and see what you folks think.

Add one more to the list.

Date and Time and I'm there. You did say weekends.

Thanks, keep us posted.

Skip, I'd talk to the gateguards and see about getting that many people without dod stickers on the base. We must drive that road again though!
