Word of advice for all the folks going to this happy hour at Orange Billiards. Rockville PD along with Montgomery County PD are pretty much pulling everyone with a modified car over that comes out of Orange Billiards. The parking lot of OB is pretty big so the police tend to linger in the back somewhere and watch everyone pull out on all the entrances and exits. Montgomery County is cracking down on modified cars due to all the recent deaths attributed to street racing.

Well I did get pulled over last time I was there. Problem was I had just gotten my tags and my dumbass put the registration stickers on the plate first, then put the plate on. Needless to say I put the one with the stickers on front. 
One sobriety test later....I was back on my way.
I also work right down the street and haven't had any problems, nor seen any. I don't really have any mods (TS CF hood, 20% tint, modded intake, other small stuff) so I guess I wouldn't have too many problems anyway.
Also that recent street racing article in the post mentioned the shopping center across the street from where I work. So I can see how they might give some hassle.
Either way just be careful and don't be stupid.....

I'm in - might not get there till closer to 6 tho - gotta work.
Of course, if it's a bad day at work, I might be there earlier than 5.
