My thoughts exactly. As far as I'm concerned anybody that started on the 1st is cheating.

Are any of you going to be running to help get yourself in shape? If so, Summit Point is having a 5k/10k on March 8th. I'm thinking about signing up as more motivation to keep hitting the gym. It would be fun to get a group to go so let me know if there is any interest.

Here is the link with the info: http://summitpoint-raceway.com/event...vfw-post-3522/

That one would actually work better for me. I'll let you know if I sign up for it.

I'm recovering from pneumonia but at least my back feels better (ruptured discs). Because of this I haven't been able to hit the gym as planned but I have been able to clean up and minimize my eating. Yesterday I felt lean and ripped by the end of the day. This probably has more to do with watching 'my600lblife' episodes for a couple hours in the afternoon. I'm telling you, if I watch a couple episodes of that everyday, my lbs will come flying off!
