Good news is I'm at 212.8 this week, bad news is that I really messed up my knee running a 5k yesterday

Sorry to hear about the knee. Although I hear rest and a huge calorie intake is what heals them up the fastest.

I weighed in this morning. I felt terrible yesterday and didn't even think about it when I got home. 183.0
