Raja, thanks for providing the place and a warm hospitality. It was a pleasure to meet everyone. This is my first meet and I had a great time. Like Roy said, the traffic did suck on the way home.
Alyse, thanks for the cake, it was avery good. Tom, the chicken wings are awesome!! What's the secret buddy?
I look forward to seeing all of you again.

Raja:
Thanks for letting us into your home! Nicole and I had a great time and we enjoyed making new friends. Please also extend our thanks to your mom for making awesome chicken (Tom, your wings were great too!!)
Nice meeting the other crew also....Dylan, Tom, Josh, Allen, Vito, Deb, Dan, Bnav (sorry forgot name ) Skyler and Alyse. Its always nice to put names to 'handles'.
Sorry we had to duck out early, sounds like we missed an interesting 'cake'. We ended up going driving, saw a red Lambo Diablo at the Reston Town center with some 'mid life crisis' dude driving it wearing blue sweatpants that were 3 inches too short.
Made it home right before the storm hit in Ashbun, was able to wipe the pollen off and get the S under cover, luckily no hail out my way. I hope everyone elses cars were spared too.
Later,
Chris

and Dylan, man, I'm sorry your gay marriage didn't work out.

We also saw an F40 while waiting for Kevin. After leaving, all hell broke less! Hail, lightning strikes, a rearended-n-rolled- vehicle, etc.

The weather was amazing...I hated to leave but I knew what was coming! It turned out to be even more spectacular than I expected...Vito and I saw a car overturned on Route 7 going in the opposite direction. What a mess...Wanted to watch the Nats game last night but it didn't start until almost 10! I was just too tired. But they won...Yay!

Deb, that was the vehicle I was referring to. As for the strike, north of Rt 7 before the 495, I saw a bolt strike sumpin'! I saw I come down and BLAM! there was an upward shooting "V" of fire followed by some orange-ish smoke. And the hail... :dondoit: In a couple of areas, it piled in between the lanes like snow/slush would.
