Mid Atlantic Mountain bikers....
Anyone Mountain bike in the DC/MD/NOVA area? My regular mountainbiking buddy is out for another month with knee problems. I usually ride at Shaffer in Germantown or Patapsico in Baltimore (used to ride up in Frederick at Gambrill). I like to night ride as well. I am pretty out of shape, so I need to dust off my bike and start riding again. I'll probably ride Shaffer this weekend, give me a shoutout if you want to meet up.
P.S. I used to be pretty hard core but now I'm fat, old and out of shape so my ride will be a moderate pace ~1.5 to 2 hour ride.

Hmmm, it depends on what "moderate" is to you...I'm somewhat out of shape (for me) right now, so it's all relative. I might be up for it on occasion for a change of pace to riding my road bike...probably wouldn't want to ride for less than 2.5 or 3 hours though.
