Sunday August 10th. As I have been getting kind of worn out with all these recent travels-for-conversions, this will be the last one for the summer.

Wow, what a great time we had up at Gioire's place recently! . It was great clearing folks corners and meeting up with so many old (and new) faces. Since I've recently received some interest in me travelling up that way again, I thought I'd start another "corner clearing" thread.

I've said it before...and I'll say it again. Anyone that knows me knows that I'm not a hard-sell kinda guy. As I just know my talent, I thought I'd set another weekend up to just travel north and clear some corners... I've flipped through my calendar and I'm available for Sunday August 10th to clear corners for interested owners.

Okay...so if you're interested, sound off here . Catch my sig link below if you have not before and you'll see what I offer. I would be willing to perform this clearing for each interested owner at the Option 2 pricing outlined in my sig. That'd be $135 per set for the clearing (interested owners would additionally need to order their desired replacement diffusers from Rick's S2000 Accessories website).

Ideally, I would like to schedule 3 participants for Sunday. I have performed more in a day, but in truth, each car tends to take 4 hours to complete the conversion process. I will coordinate scheduling who will be 1st, 2nd, 3rd each day based on where they will be driving from, etc., to help expedite a smooth conversion for all.

I'm editing this single post (to be re-edited as necessary) to allow folks participating in the Sunday August 10th clearings to be aware of when they're scheduled, that they have indicated they received their diffusers [=got 'em =no got yet...or goin' nekkid], if they've indicated to me that they want amber replacement turnsignal bulbs [], etc.

BIG PS here for clarification...

The OEM turn signal bulbs (behind the amber lenses) are clear. If you desire a different color, you should consider supplying any such replacement (with matching proper fitment) bulbs for this project. Some like the OEM bulbs to remain clear, some like amber bulbs from AutoZone to stay "legal", some like Hyper-white blue bulbs...its all a matter of taste. But interested folks should understand that this $135 does not include replacement turnsignal bulbs...its labor only (and my charming wit! )

I have found these amber bulbs locally at Pep Boys. If you would like me to purchase you a pair (I can get them for $5.50/pair -- please be willing to reimburse me)...just let me know in this thread and I'll have them in hand for your respective install. Thanks again!!!

I must switch this date folks. My sincere apologies.

This need to alter the date is a result of my having learned today that an S2Ki meet is conflicting with this same weekend. As I want to spend some time with a wonderful member (BlackBeauty) -- who will be celebrating graduating as an RN that same weekend -- we've agreed to make YellowS2000Showgrl's intended Smith Mountain Lake weekend the opportunity for her and her husband Rick, and I (and *maybe* even my wife ) to get together and spend some social time together. Lyrae has been a hard worker with little opportunity to do S2000-stuff. This weekend together will be a nice release . I'm sure everyone understands .

I will set a new date (probably for the weekend of Aug 9th and 10th instead)...but again, the date of August 2nd and 3rd cannot work for me now. I will post again with a workable date

Please...no hard feelings (I don't typically do such things...).

Please put me down for Sunday, August 10th. I plan to order the usdm clears and would like you to put in the amber bulbs so that I can "stay legal."

I have a garage and can host (Sunday only) if it is needed. Looking forward to joining the s2k cleared corner fraternity.

Oh no! I will be in OBX then...I will have to stay orange even longer now...oh well. Those huge orange chunks just take away the great clean looks of the car. They are such an eye sore. But anyway, let me know when the next time will be. Or, maybe I will take a drive to your area.
