If you want to do the skyline drive, its 15 bucks. My g/f goes to school in winchester and we went there not to long ago. Its a fun drive!! Lots of nice banking turns. Watch for the officers though, I saw a few when I went.

What's $15?

I am really interested in this one.

Whether we do this or not, can someone PM me a route to and along skyline drive?

There is a $15.00 fee to get into Skyline DR. If you have never seen Shenandoah Natl. park during the leaf color change, it's totally worth it. One of the most scenic drives in NOVA. But, IMHO, there are more enjoyable ( ) ways to get to and come back from Luray that are free.

Skyline is a good drive, but its good as a scenic drive, not a spirited drive. The road is too well patrolled by Park Police.
