hey this is the head unit I was supposed to buy from JDMKID35 over a month ago ... I'm still waiting for it to show up in the mail! I guess I know why it never showed up now.

 

Sounds like a bad deal to me. Why did you not sell to liqice JDMKID? If he offered first seems like you should have done business with him. Not cool to go behind someones back like that and sell it without informing the other party

 

well when you back out of things and then offer less $$$ then I was asking for I had a reason to back out on him... if you dont like it oh well

 

actually i responeded to Liq in a PM - and JDM did tell me up front that there was a previous sale however it never materiziled because of conflicting infomation..

I've spoken with Jay a few times and i feel confident that this will be an A++ transaction

Back out of things? wtf? ... I was supposed to meet up with you TWICE and you never called me once and you then cancelled the second time.

You then agreed to MAIL the head unit to me and I told you I would PayPal you as soon as you had a tracking number. The tracking number never showed up and 2 weeks after you said you would mail it out I still never saw the head unit.

Bass already said that he paid the same amount of money (EDIT: plus a few bucks shipping) as I was offering so don't make it out like I was lowballing you. You agreed to the price, I have PMs to prove it and I have our IM conversations which said you were going to mail it to me.

I don't know why you decided not to mail it but don't make it sound like it was MY fault.

If he had met me, then there would have been no shipping. I'm sorry that I misquoted you though...

But in reality the price was pretty much the same thing (like you said a few bucks difference). Jason was supposed to mail the unit to me because he was unable to meet me on 2 separate occasions at his cost. The unit never showed up after he promised to mail it to me on a Monday and then when I asked him that Tuesday if it had gone out he said it would go out first thing on Wednesday. This was Sunday, February 13th that he was supposed to meet me the 2nd time, had to cancel and then said he'd mail it out, and then the following days that week.

After that I didn't hear from him until I finally IMed him yesterday and said that I guess he wasn't planning on mailing the head unit to me and that I should try to buy from someone else and he simply responded "yeah" to my question.

I just think that for someone to say they're going to sell you something, agree to a price and then never come through after an entire month of trying... you're an unreliable person and I would caution anyone who is thinking of buying from JDMKID35 to think twice before doing so. I missed a couple of other opportunities to buy this head unit from other people and places because I was assuming I was buying it from you. Instead I don't even get a freaking call or IM from you to say that you don't want to sell it to me.

There's always two sides to the story and I'd love to hear JDMKID35's side of the story, maybe there was some sort of misunderstanding between us but from my perspective I was ready and waiting with the money, and Jason just never came through delivering the head unit.
