Skip - Sorry to hear about Janet's pain. My wife also suffers from occasional migraines and we know how difficult they can be to treat or relieve, and how debillitating they can be! Hope she feels better real soon! Take care.

I'm so happy her problem did not turn out to be meningitis, but that might not be much consolation right now. There are lots of treatments out there. Just experiment until you find the one that works. Good luck!

Hey Skip, I just saw this too. Hope she's well. I am prone to the occasional migrane as well (although not debilitating). I know how nasty they can be so I feel for her!

Thanks again for all the concern. I haven't been on the computer for awhile now and have to be brief.
Janet went back into the emergency room yesterday after going 36 hours with no relief. They did an MRI and concluded that it was not a migraine, but a sinus infection that is pretty bad. She's been admitted to the hospital. I just left to get some lunch and various toiletries as she was going to another CT-scan. They will probably do yet another MRI. She will not be out before tomorrow.
They've started steroids and antibiotics. We are thankful it wasn't something worse. When the neurologist was testing her last night, the whole left side of her body was way less sensitive to touch than the right. We're not sure if surgery will be required. :crossingfingersagainstsurgery:
I'll continue to update as I can. I've been at the hospital most of the time or trying to get a couple hours of sleep here and there. Thanks again, everyone!
