Default Just Got Headlights Cleared..But Can't Drive My Car!

Well, Dave cleared my headlights and did a damn fine job, but on the way home I got stopped for 74 in 55, just as I hit 64 Richmond. Officer Richard Head...his friends call him DICK, reads me the riot act but then afer running my license, tells me that it is suspended! He claims I have a ticket in Suffolk (shithole town, USA) that was never taken care of. I tell him it has, but of course he doesn't believe me. So, he decides he's going to be a "nice guy" (his words, not mine) and not take me jail. Instread, he confiscates my license, I have to get my car TOWED from Richmond to Norfolk.
All total, the cost od getting my headlights cleared...
130 for Dave
300 for towing
Tickets for: (1) speeding (2) no seatbelt (3) drving on a suspended license=?
BUT...
The look on the cop's face, when I show up in court with proof the ticket was paid for and proceed to tell him "F---K You"= priceless!

They used a flatbed. They had a regular truck come out and I "no f-ing way" and had to insist on a flatbed.

Sorry to hear this but it really isn't going to help you much to show up with that ticket. Beyond a little personal satisfaction. But think of it this way it's not the cops fault it's the town of Suffolk for not updating their files. You'll still probably be responsible for the tow charge, the speeding ticket, and the no seat belt ticket.

No I don't! (I owed you!)

Did you need a ride for this weekend's meet-n-eat?
